9 a.m.
Breakfast
We start our day with breakfast in one of Baden-Baden’s lovely cafés. Pancakes, croissants or bacon: there is something for everyone.
10 a.m.
City tour
To get to know Baden-Baden in a charming way, we take a ride in a horse carriage, along the “Lichtentaler Allee” parks and gardens, listening to lively told stories about sights and the life in Baden-Baden. If you prefer to discover the town on foot, a qualified city guide awaits to take you to Baden-Baden's amazing spots and tell you interesting stories. Let’s enjoy the first impressions of the “green city of short distances”.
11 a.m.
Visit the Lichtentaler Allee and its museums
Baden-Baden is well-known for its unique and varied museums. We will discover some of these including the Museum Frieder Burda or the State Art Gallery. They are located along the beautiful Lichtentaler Allee where parks and gardens create an incomparable townscape. Don’t forget to take some pictures of that beautiful green spot in the middle of Baden-Baden!
12:30 p.m.
Lunch at “Le Jardin de France”
For lunch, the Michelin-starred restaurant offers 3-course lunch menus inspired by the French high cuisine. “La cuisine du cœur” stands for creative lifestyle and the taste of the finest.
2 p.m.
Shopping
A day in Baden-Baden isn’t complete without shopping, so make the city centre your next stop. Enjoy a shopping trip in the picturesque streets and the small lanes of the pedestrian zone and the old town of Baden-Baden. Numerous exclusive boutiques provide you with first-class shopping.
4 p.m.
Immerse yourself in the Caracalla Spa
Now it’s time to relax: During our visit of the thermal bath surrounded by elegant marble columns, we immerse ourselves in the welcoming thermal water. Such a great contrast to today’s journey!
6 p.m.
Merkur Mountain: dinner and sunset
For a short detour into nature, the Merkur Mountain is an ideal spot to enjoy a breathtaking view and the most beautiful sunset. A funicular railway brings us up to the highest point of the city in only few minutes. Dinner at the “Merkurstüble”, perfectly rounds off our trip.
Late evening
Visit the Casino Baden-Baden
After dinner, it’s time to try our luck. For an evening filled with excitement, thrills, and unrivalled luxury, there is no better place than Germany’s oldest casino which was once named as the most beautiful casino in the world.
